Description:
The Connecticut Council for the Social Studies invites you to the Annual Spring Social. Each year, we get together to celebrate social studies and the culmination of another school year. For the past two years, we have held virtual meetings. This year, we are setting up shop under one of Quassy Amusement Park's pavilions and inviting you and your family to join us. This will be a catered event with all day access to the rides with each ticket. We will hold our awards ceremony from 11:30 to 12:30. Then, at 12:30, the catered lunch begins and runs through 3:30. Each ticket includes: Free Parking, Exclusive use of designated catering area, all day ride pass, and Fieldside Sporting Equipment (Basketball - Volleyball - Corn Hole) Menu served from 12:30pm to 3:30pm: Hot Dogs GF - Hamburgers GF . Cheeseburgers GF , Veggie Burgers - Chicken Nuggets, French Fries . Cole Slaw GF . Potato Salad GF, Fruit Salad GF Menu to be served from 1:00pm to 2:00pm: Pulled Pork Sandwiches GF , Buffalo Wings with Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce GF Menu to be served from 2:30Pm to 3:30Pm: Barbecued Chicken GF . Barbecued Spare Ribs GF , Baked Ziti .
